Job Description

KEPRO is seeking an Account Manager in Topeka, Kansas to act as the primary liaison and customer contact for our Employee Assistance Program services.  Primary responsibilities under this role include relationship management, contract management, departmental consultation and training and strong collaboration between customer stakeholders and KEPRO.  The tasks associated with this position include:

  • Managing the overall relationship with the customer and ensuring contractual requirements are met
  • Ensuring strong customer satisfaction
  • Meeting with departmental stakeholders to ensure continued program awareness
  • Onsite training and consultation related to the delivery of Employee Assistance Services
  • Networking with providers within the State to increase KEPRO presence and ensure strong delivery of EAP services
  • Attend various customer meetings as needed
  • Analyze and deliver utilization data and reports as contractually required or requested
  • Strong collaboration with the customer to ensure satisfaction and engagement with program deliverables

Minimum qualifications

  • Two years Employee Assistance Program experience
  • Three to five years of experience within role as Account Manager or project management

Preferred – Master’s degree within behavioral health field and candidates who hold CEAP certification
