Program Director - Healthcare 

Responsible for the overall service delivery of the team, complying with contractual requirements and meeting the Agency’s expectations. 

  • Responsible for Contract compliance and general project oversight.
  • Responsible for facilitating all planning and operational readiness activities necessary to ensure a successful transition
  • Adopts exemplary behavior; collaborates, and cultivate and promote the spirit of trust and professionalism with the Agency, other IME Units, and stakeholders.

Required Qualifications

  • Masters degree in Business or Health-related field
  • Minimum 8 years of experience management experience in government or in the private sector as a healthcare payer or provider.
  • Minimum 5 years of management experience in a home and community-based services or health-related field STRONGLY PREFERRED
  • Demonstrated management experience with Medicaid, specifically Medicaid managed care, LTSS, medical services, behavioral health, utilization management, coding and billing, and knowledge of HIPAA rules and requirements
  • Working knowledge of Federal, State and private health related activities.
  • Adaptable with strong collaborative management style, a creative thinker with high energy and enthusiasm, and a team player who promotes the concepts of people working together. Ability to adapt to frequently changing work parameters.
