JOB TITLE:            EAP Sales / AccountManager           

REPORTS TO:      VP,EAP/Business Development

Summary Description

The Business Development Lead will be responsible foridentifying opportunities and driving growth of KEPRO’s EAP and AbsenceManagement products.  The individual willbe responsible for building strong relationships with customers’ seniormanagement and account management staff. Developing business plan and partnerships that promotes opportunitiesfor growth and revenue. 


  • Develop a plan to build leads and drivegrowth.  Includes developingrelationships with prospects, partners, brokers, consultants and otheridentified avenues for distribution.
  • Manage the sales process from lead to contractexecution. 
  • Work with Account Managers to up sell moreservices to existing traditional customers as well as to re-sell customers andPartners
  • Actively seek opportunities through build inchannels or via public RFPs to drive growth.
  • Develop and strengthen relationships at theaccount management and senior management levels of key clients.  Identify current and future servicerequirements by establishing personal rapport with key individuals whounderstand service requirements.
  • Demonstrate the impact of KEPRO’S services forcost reductions and operations improvements. .
  • Establish and regularly update a strategic planfor growth.  Identify short-term and longrange issues to be addressed.  Providescustomer and market information, recommends options and courses of action, andprovides implementation directives. Facilitates Sales presentations.
  • Educates customers on KEPRO’s philosophy andprovides information on products and services as it relates to customers needs.
  • Facilitates the implementation process, connectsOperations, Finance and Clinical areas to the new client. Serve as key memberof the Implementation team, acting as Implementation Manager as needed.

  • Bachelors Degree required.
  • Excellent verbal/organizational skillsrequired. 
  • Ability to analyze, interpret and presentinformation is essential.  Publicspeaking experience is required. 
  • Must be able to establish and cultivaterelationships both internally and with external customers. 
  • Must be able to travel. 


  • At least 2 years of experience withinsales/development arena.  Experiencewithin EAP/Worklife and or workplace wellness preferred.
