JOB DESCRIPTION


 

JOB TITLE:       EAP Sales / Account Manager         

REPORTS TO:      VP, EAP/Business Development

DEPARTMENT:      Business Development

FLSA STATUS:     Exempt


 


Summary Description


The Business Development Lead will be responsible for identifying opportunities and driving growth of KEPRO’s EAP and Absence Management products.  The individual will be responsible for building strong relationships with customers’ senior management and account management staff.  Developing business plan and partnerships that promotes opportunities for growth and revenue.  


Accountabilities 


  • Develop a plan to build leads and drive growth.  Includes developing relationships with prospects, partners, brokers, consultants and other identified avenues for distribution.
  • Manage the sales process from lead to contract execution. 
  • Work with Account Managers to up sell more services to existing traditional customers as well as to re-sell customers and Partners
  • Actively seek opportunities through build in channels or via public RFPs to drive growth.
  • Develop and strengthen relationships at the account management and senior management levels of key clients.  Identify current and future service requirements by establishing personal rapport with key individuals who understand service requirements.
  • Demonstrate the impact of KEPRO’S services for cost reductions and operations improvements.  .
  • Establish and regularly update a strategic plan for growth.  Identify short-term and long range issues to be addressed.  Provides customer and market information, recommends options and courses of action, and provides implementation directives.  Facilitates Sales presentations.
  • Educates customers on KEPRO’s philosophy and provides information on products and services as it relates to customers needs.
  • Facilitates the implementation process, connects Operations, Finance and Clinical areas to the new client. Serve as key member of the Implementation team, acting as Implementation Manager as needed.

Qualifications 


  • Bachelors Degree required.
  • Excellent verbal/organizational skills required. 
  • Ability to analyze, interpret and present information is essential.  Public speaking experience is required. 
  • Must be able to establish and cultivate relationships both internally and with external customers. 
  • Must be able to travel. 


 Experience


  • At least 2 years of experience within sales/development arena.  Experience within EAP/Worklife and or workplace wellness preferred.
