Manager, Quality Assurance

Ongoingplanning, development, and maintenance of internal monitoring program forreview activities performed by Review Services. Assess the needs of the ReviewServices staff and develop educational material relative to those needs.

  • Will perform the daily functions of the review process todetermine if program goals and procedures are being met, health and safetyissues are being addressed and services are both adequate and appropriate
  • Will evaluate whether providers are meeting the needs ofrecipients, complying with State regulations and guidelines and are providingservices efficiently and effectively
  • Ensures IRR compliance and enforces QA performance standards
  • Flexible work hours and extensive travel will be required.

  • Bachelor’s degree in nursing, business, healthadministration, management, or public health required.
  • Master’s Degree in related field preferred.
  • Excellent communication and organizationalskills
  • Adaptability to handle change independently
  • Ability to plan and prioritize multipleassignments/contracts
  • Business development skills-identify expansionopportunities
  • Decision making ability
  • Knowledge of CQI tools/methodologies
