Contract (Program) Manager

(Licensed Clinician preferred)

Overseeing all program operations under the contract and assuring that all contract requirements are met. Supports the oversight of the contract including overall planning, direction and control to achieve operating and financial goals. 

  • Revise processes or procedures and assign additional resources as needed to ensure the maximum efficiency and effectiveness of quality assurance services.
  • Meeting with representatives from the agency and the Client at least once each quarter, or more frequently as needed to discuss the status of the contract, vendor performance, and benefits to the State, necessary revisions, reviews, reports and planning
  • Develops formal quarterly summary reports for and meets with the Home Health Quality Council, at a minimum, on a quarterly basis to discuss quality assurance findings and makes recommendations for system improvements. 

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s degree preferred in Business Administration or in any of the health related fields with the relevant experience and capability to oversee contracts. 
  • Licensed clinician i.e., RN, LCSW strongly preferred.
  • 5 years of management experience in a Quality Assurance and/or Home Healthcare setting, with a minimum of 2 years experience working in health and human services for persons with developmental disabilities.
