Program Manager - Healthcare

Responsible for the overall service delivery of the team, complying with contractual requirements and meeting expectations. Responsible for Contract compliance and general project oversight.

  • As the primary liaison to the Client, the Project Manager adopts an exemplary behavior; collaborates, cultivates and promotes the spirit of trust and professionalism with the Agency, other IME Units, and stakeholders.
  • Responsible for facilitating all planning and operational readiness activities necessary to ensure a successful transition
  • Interact with CMS program officials regarding issues and status of the project, coordinate financial and staffing resources, procurement and record-keeping, administer security safeguards, and manage the activities of any subcontractors
  • Conduct special analyses, reports and presentations of budgets, performance and forecasts as required.
  • Analyze workflow and assignments to ensure efficient and cost effective operations, develop and implement processes, program or service improvements to meet such needs, and provide interpretation of data and advice to management, serving as a primary contact for problem resolution and data gathering.

Required Qualifications 

  • Bachelor’s Degree; Masters strongly preferred
  • Minimum 10 years of professional experience management with at least 5 years of managerial or supervisory experience related to complex systems and work flow.
  • Adaptable with strong collaborative management style, a creative thinker with high energy and enthusiasm, and a team player who promotes the concepts of people working together. Ability to adapt to frequently changing work parameters.
