Job Description

CRM System Programmer/Liasion


Performs programming and coding modifications, additions, and deletions in a timely manner as requested by the Client to reflect policy and process changes in the CRM system used by the Call Center to document calls received and their corresponding Medical Issues/Appeals when appropriate.

Interfaces with the Call Center Manager, Client Information Systems (IS) staff, and other Client staff and contractors as directed. Follows established procedures to ensure timely and seamless implementation of CRM system programming changes and modifications relative to CRM System Programming/Implementation Procedures as provided by the Client.


QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelor degree with 5+ years experience
  • Call center experience required, with a minimum of 3-5 years in an implementation, technical account position
  • Experience implementing voice-over internet protocol (VoIP) call center solutions required - experience deploying and/or managing call center solutions preferred
  • Strong knowledge of customer relationship management (CRM) and lead management solutions (Siebel) is required
  • Must possess a strong combination of project management and technical call center skills
